Since there is no “one-size-fits-all” package with web design, I provide two packages to choose from, depending on your needs.

RECOMMENDED PROCESS

 

1 | FREE CONSULTATION

Spend some time on the phone/Zoom breaking the ice. Discuss the scope of the project and timeline, get to know each other a little bit, and make sure we are a good team.

2 | PROPOSAL

After we agree on the scope of the project and time frame, I will send you a formal proposal with the details of the project, pricing, and timeline. Once the proposal is signed and the deposit has been received, your spot will be secured.

3 | GROUNDWORK

A 60-minute phone/video call to discuss your vision for the project. We will talk about what you aim to achieve with the website, and discuss in detail how you want it to look and function.

4 | RESEARCH

We will look at industry trends and see what your competitors are doing so that we can stand out from the crowd. Consider your audience so that we can make a hand-tailored plan of action.

5 | PLAN OF ACTION

We will take a look at the structure of your website by creating a Sitemap that will be a “roadmap” to go by as the site is created.

6 | DESIGN

You will have two custom website designs to choose from that will be shown as two different homepage mockups. You choose the creative direction.

7 | IMPLEMENTATION

Set up a “Coming Soon” page to get the buzz started with your fans prior to launch. I will create all custom-designed pages, interactive elements, and graphics as well as product pages, if e-commerce is a part of the scope.

8 | REVISIONS

We will review the final website and make changes, if necessary. I will provide up to three rounds of revisions to make sure that your website is polished and ready to go for launch.

9 | LAUNCH & TEST

Go live and launch your new website! I will spend some time testing the functionality of the live site, making sure that the responsive design looks great on a variety of different screens, and fix any bugs that may come up.

10 | SEO

I will provide basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO), so that people can find your website online with ease. It will also improve your rankings on Google.

11 | TRAINING

We will have a one-hour training session over Zoom so that I can give you the rundown on how to make basic edits to your website and teach you how to navigate the backend of your website so that you can keep it up to date.

12 | CONTINUED SUPPORT

Your website may need to evolve as you and your business do. I will be available hourly or on a project-by-project basis if you ever need me going forward.
